The First Day of 3rd Grade!

Lexi is stylin' on her first day of school - She just had to have this outfit. We didn't think she'd get to wear it until later in the year, but it just happened to be in the 70's for the first day! So she lucked out!

This is the messenger bag she chose for this year. A skull and cross bones! It must be the PC Pirate in her genetic make up that makes her gravitate to stuff like this!


The school supply list called for a school box. Lexi couldn't find one that was suitable, so we created one! A decoupaged collage of Nick Jonas on one side....


And her name and some other cute stuff decoupaged on the other side! She's lucky I love doing stuff like this!


This year Kilie and Lexi are not in same class - but they caught up with each other long enough to get a quick first day pic! Their classes are next door to one another! (In case you don't know - this is one of our across the street neighbors!)

Finally Lexi meets Miss DeWint! So far she LOVE LOVE LOVES her! She seems really nice and is super cute. It should be a GREAT year! 3rd grade - WOW.
