Lexi and I are ready to head out to the show!! I took half a day off for this!! I think I might be more excited about seeing the boys than Lexi is!!
Here is a full length view of the girls walking in to the Ford Center. How cute are they?? You can see Leesa and Leslee in the background. They both wore turquoise blue - freaky twin thing!!
Get a load of those socks!! Trust me, they are all the rage on the Disney Channel shows!! These sassy sistas are stylin in their Converse shoes too!
Such beautiful girls!! They all had on their "Crushin' On Nick" shirts we bought them at Libby Lu's in Dallas. We didn't see anyone else wearing these! And I'm not sure if you can tell, but they all have Jonas Brother's tattoos on their faces as well!
The girls are posing in front of the JB Tour Bus (in which I am quite certain they don't travel!). The bus is covered in graffiti from fans (darn it - we didn't have a silver sharpie on us - who knew?) Someone actually dared to draw a mustache on my beautiful Joe Jonas' face!

Demi Lovato opened the show. Isn't it a little warm out for leather pants, and two layers of long sleeves, Demi? Yikes! At last it was time to see the REAL talent! The Jonas Brothers did not disappoint! If only we could have been sitting a little bit closer....

There were a lot of cool moments during the show, but this was so awesome! The boys are on tiny platforms being lifted high up into the air as they sing! At one point during the song, they stopped singing - for probably at least a full minute or maybe even two - and just stood there looking out into the crowd and listening to the screams of the fans....smiling all the while....just taking it all in and appreciating the moment.

Nick sang a song he wrote which was inspired by his battle with Type 1 Diabetes. Nick telling everyone about hs experience with diabetes gives kids with the disease (or any disease / disability) a sense that they can do anything - it doesn't have to stop them from chasing their dreams. It also raises awareness in general about the disease. How cool is that? Lexi was asking me all kinds of questions about it. Nick even showed video of himself doing his finger sticks to check his blood sugar and showed where his insulin pump is attached. Most of the girls were shrieking at the sight of Nick showing a little skin, but hopefully they could comprehend the bigger message there! And another reason to love Nick - it turns out he LOVES sugar free Red Bull just like me!
